We want you to be able to buy your next bike with confidence. That is why we offer a full 1 year warranty, for natural wear and tear, on all of our refurbished bikes! Here is what our warranty covers:

FLAT REPAIR: If your bike gets a flat during the warranty period we will replace the tube at no cost.

COMPONENTS: In the event of a component failure on the bike we will replace it with a compatible part. Due to the nature of refurbished bikes, we cannot stock every replacement part, so we will use a compatible replacement of our choice. Components are replaced at no charge.

BIKE: In the event we cannot repair the bike, you will receive a store credit for the purchase price of the bike. If we do not have a suitable replacement bike, we will do our best to find one for you and apply the store credit to the purchase price of the replacement bike.

LABOR: There is no charge on labor for all warranty services.

1 YEAR: The 1 year warranty starts on the day the bike is purchased and ends exactly 1 year after the date of purchase. Any repairs needed after the warranty period will be billed at normal shop prices.
- PROCESS: To engage your warranty, simply bring your bike to the shop during our normal business hours or schedule a pick up if necessary. Warranty work receives priority, but the time needed to fix the bike will be determined when we receive the bike.
